Eureka firm lends expertise with investment properties
Bob Wibbenmeyer with Associated Realty Solutions can help his clients with any aspect of the real estate market, but he said he likes to help them with investment advising and property management.
Wibbenmeyer, an owner of the Eureka firm, is a licensed real estate broker and has more than 20 years of real estate experience.
Wibbenmeyer said anyone looking to start buying investment properties should give him a call.
“I will try to not let them make a mistake,” he said. “There are all kinds of ways to make mistakes in real estate. I have lenders, people who do inspections and stuff like that, so they take the risk out of it.”
Wibbenmeyer said after a client buys an investment property, his company then can manage it.
“You don’t have the calls coming in at midnight for a backed-up toilet,” he said. “You basically make an investment and trust me to take care of your investment.”
Wibbenmeyer said his clients can be as hands-on or hands-off as they prefer.
“Many of my clients, we only talk a few times a year,” he said. “They get reports on a monthly basis, and they can review those reports and call me at any time. Most people do not get involved in real estate because of the fear of dealing with tenants and so I can take that fear out by managing the property for them.”
Associated Realty Solutions has been in business 11 years and has been based in Eureka for three years.
