Ashley Koseck Agency stresses serving community
Ashley Koseck, owner of Ashley Koseck Agency, 1166 A East Gannon, Festus, has made community involvement a priority since she established her agency in 2019.
The agency offers an array of insurance products including life, auto, home, business and more.
“We love the Twin Cities and getting involved on all levels,” Koseck said. “We really focus on our first responders, our educators, our health care workers, all of the people who we really find to be the backbone of our community. We wouldn’t be here without the community, so we like to give back; we like to get involved.”
Koseck provided several examples of that mission: conducting school supply drives; collecting clothes for students to wear to school dances; working with Second Hand Heroes for Suits for Soldiers; donating pies to first responders at Thanksgiving; and buying Christmas gifts for children in need.
The agency plans its third annual trunk-or-treat event at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, in its parking lot.
Koseck said participating in events helps build relationships and trust in the community.
“It’s really a relationship because we think that we’re more than just auto and home insurance. We’re protecting the families and their futures that build our community. We want to get to know them. We want them to get to know us. It’s based on trust. It’s more than getting an ID card to take to the DMV.”
Koseck knows building trust requires going above and beyond for the customer. Her agency offers services that some other insurance agencies don’t, such as life insurance, commercial insurance, bonds, and even an on-site notary.
“We’re very versatile. We want to be able to take care of all your needs and put a friendly face with that. Not just an 800 number,” Koseck said.
