American West Office Suites is offering a special deal for tenants who move in before Jan. 1, 2026 – one month off a 12-month lease.
Property manager Pam Huse said she has a variety of offices available for rent, most of them about 250 square feet. In addition, a suite with seven offices and a conference room is available.
American West Office Suites is at 16024 Manchester Road in Ellisville, and it’s open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, tenants may access their offices and mailboxes 24/7.
Huse said the offices come with numerous amenities, including high-speed internet; a receptionist to take phone calls and direct clients; a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea and a gate-secured parking lot.
“We, of course, pay all the bills – they just pay their rent,” Huse said. “We have a cleaning company that cleans the offices three days a week – takes the trash out and vacuums. We have four conference rooms. We have one with a TV in it – we have a lot of people use that for Zoom meetings.”
American West Office Suites also has a “pretend you work here,” or virtual, tenant option. Those who select that package may use the building’s address “and use a mailbox at the office building, opt into receptionist services and use various conference rooms for in-person meetings.”
Huse said owner Bill Voss opened the building 24 years ago.
“We have some clients who have been here since the day he opened the building,” she said.
