Northwest R-1 School District special education teachers will receive a $3,500 stipend next school year.

Northwest R-1 school officials have agreed to pay a cash incentive to employees who recruit others to work for the district.

Hillsboro R-3 School District employees received stipends before Thanksgiving, along with the chance to spread their gratitude around.
