Rebecca S. Hattemar, 52, of De Soto died Aug. 14, 2021, in Hillsboro. Born Sept. 18, 1968, in Flint, Mich., she was the daughter of Allan (Rosemary) Morris of Farmington and Phyllis (the late JR) Johnson of De Soto. She was preceded in death by her husband: Michael Hattemar.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children: Anthony Hattemar of De Soto; Nicole Hattemar of Hillsboro and Tasha Morris Rutledge of Medford, Ore.; her grandmother: Mae Taylor of Williamsville; two siblings: Scott (Adriana) Morris of St. Louis and Chris (Jenny) Morris of Hillsboro; and four grandchildren: Layla, Leyla, Meadow, and Jubilee.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, at First United Baptist Church, 504 Yale Street, in Farmington. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
