Randall W. “Randy” Rulo, 56, of De Soto died June 10, 2021. Mr. Rulo was lead set-up for Production Casting and could fix almost anything. He was a member of First Baptist Church of De Soto and enjoyed camping, fishing, riding his four-wheeler and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Born April 10, 1965, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Shirley Cameron and Jesse Rulo.
He is survived by his wife: Kelly (DePew) Rulo of De Soto; three children: Randall F. (Laura) Rulo of Hematite, Jessica Rector of Lake St. Louis and Daniel (Ashley) Rulo of De Soto; two siblings: Tanya Rulo of Gulf Breeze, Fla., and John Rulo of Sikeston; a half sister: Mary Ann Keen of Olathe, Kan.; and seven grandchildren: Isabella, Jacob, Ava, Shailee, Annaliese, Luna and Tayla, with another on the way. He was preceded in death by a half sister: Kathie Hoeber; and a half brother: Paul Hinkle.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, at First Baptist Church, 2000 Grace Way, in De Soto. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 17, at the church, officiated by Pastor Brad Delaughter. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
