Phillip James Cathcart, 54, of Pevely died March 21, 2019, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Phillip was a plumber and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Born Sept. 30, 1964, in Festus, he was the son of the late Judith Ann (Sellars) and Phillip D. Cathcart.
He is survived by his wife: Robin (Woodland) Cathcart; a son: Corey Mitchel (Jessica Kraus) Cathcart of Pevely; a daughter: Morgan Lane Cathcart of Pevely; and two brothers: Mark Alan (May) Cathcart of Festus and Daniel A. (Samantha) Cathcart of Crystal City.
He was preceded in death by a sister: Wendy E. Cathcart.
A memorial gathering will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday, March 25, at Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Pevely, followed immediately by a memorial service officiated by Kyle Castens. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
