Gamble, Lisa

Lisa Marie Gamble, 64, of Voorhees, N.J., died Aug. 13, 2026, at her home. Mrs. Gamble graduated as salutatorian from Hillsboro High School. She earned an ADN from Jefferson College, a BA from St. Louis University and an MBA from Rutgers University. She met her husband while they were both working in the intensive care unit at St. Louis University Hospital. They were married on April 20, 1985, at St. Francis Xavier Church. The couple moved to New Jersey and started their family. Mrs. Gamble became a stay-at-home mom and enjoyed preparing delicious meals and driving her children to their numerous swimming lessons and sporting events. She developed a love for photography and began creating many wedding, graduation and sporting event videos. Her home was decorated with the many photos she had taken, and she also enjoyed tending to her yard where she planted a variety of ferns and flowers. Born May 16, 1962, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Mary Long Reed Bonifacio and the late Robert Reed.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband: James Gamble; three children: David (Laura) Gamble, Jillian (Jesse) Coffey and Ryan (Jackie) Gamble; four siblings: Kim Weitl, Robert John Reed, James Patrick (Diane) Reed and Mary Nicole (Shawn) Copeland; grandchildren: Kyleigh, Callan, Quinn, Nora and one more on the way; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close, lifelong friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Gilbert and Dolores Long and Allen and Myrtle Reed.

Services were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Sweeney Funeral Home in New Jersey.
