Billy Harold “Bill” Hollis Sr., 80, of Troy died Aug. 9, 2026. Mr. Hollis enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, especially spending time fishing and hunting. Born July 2, 1946, he was the son of the late Violet and George Southerly.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Patricia Hollis.
He is survived by six children: Missy (Paul) Johnston, Karen (Rocky) Burnia, Debbie (Terry) Baker, Billie (Gary) Pruyn, Billy (Elizabeth) Hollis Jr. and Eddie Jackson; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; three siblings: Margaret, Jeanine and Bob; and many other family members and friends.
He also was preceded in death by five siblings: Terry, Georgie, Betty, Linda and Jimmy.
Services will be private. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Fey Funeral Home in St. Louis County.
