Michael “Mike” Nix, 75, of High Ridge died April 18, 2020. Mr. Nix briefly served in the U.S. Navy, and he retired from the Metropolitan Sewer District in 2006. He spent his retirement golfing with his late wife, fishing, hunting and reading. He will be remembered for his good sense of humor. Born July 13, 1944, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Mildred (Mooney) and Warren Nix.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Sue “Suzie” Haynes Nix, whom he married on April 17, 1971. After their marriage, the two moved to Fenton.
Mr. Nix is survived by four children: Tina (David) Ribaudo, Eric Nix, Wendi Nix and Jason (Beth) Nix; six grandchildren: Shelby and Nicholas Ribaudo, Joshua and Samantha Bauer and Morgan and Skylar Nix.
