Betty Ann Hanff, 85, of De Soto died May 30, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Hanff was a master scheduler at Bentzinger Brothers and the White-Rodgers Co. She was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in De Soto. She enjoyed the outdoors, animals, card stamping and shopping. Born Feb. 15, 1934, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Emma (Steverak) and Louis Auer.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years: George “Ike” Weik; seven children: Christine (Don) Walter, Rita (David) Killian, Joan Hanff, Thomas (Penny) Hanff, Susan (John) House, Patricia Weik and Georgia (Todd) Scheibe; a sister: Theodora Luper; 26 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Louis Auer.
Funeral services were private. Memorials may be made to the Animal Protection Association Adoption Center, 1705 S. Hanley Road, Brentwood MO 63144.
