The Voters Guide for the April 2 general election is now on the Leader’s website, www.myleaderpaper.com/news/elections/.
The newspaper continues its partnership with the Jefferson County Growth Association, a co-sponsor of this year’s Voters Guide.
You’ll find information on people running in contested races for cities, school, water and ambulance boards and the Jefferson County Health Department.
Information on ballot propositions also is included.

Polls throughout Missouri open promptly at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. All voters standing in line at 7 p.m. will be allowed to cast a ballot.
Early voting, also called “no-excuse absentee voting,” has begun and can be done in person at the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office, 729 Maple St., Hillsboro.
The office is open for in-person voting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday through April 1, the day before the election, and also will be open from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 30.
