Readers are welcome to enter the Family Holiday Album photo contest for a chance to win a $200 cash prize.

The Leader invites Jefferson County, Eureka and Wildwood-area readers of all ages to send in pictures of themselves and their family members and friends celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or any other winter holiday.

All eligible submissions will be entered in a random drawing for the cash prize.

As many photos as space permits will run in the Dec. 11 edition of the Leader.

The deadline to submit photos for the contest is 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28.

There is a limit of three photos per reader. Photos may be recent or from long ago and may feature family members living or dead. Studio photos are discouraged but will be accepted and run on a space-available basis.

Readers who participated in the past are welcome to do so again, but please send different photos. Submissions must include the following information to be eligible for publication:

■ Your name and address.

■ Your daytime phone number.

■ When and where the photo was taken and who took it, if known.

■ Names of all people in the photo, where they are from and how they are related to you.

If the photo illustrates a special family moment, please tell us about that, too.

Email entries to news@myleaderpaper.com; mail to Leader Family Holiday Album, Leader Publications, P.O. Box 159, Festus, 63028; or drop off at the Leader office, 503 N. Second St., in Festus. Photos will be returned by mail if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included; the rest will be held for pickup. For more information, call the Leader at 636-931-7560.
