A TV, tools and auto parts recently were stolen from a garage in the 6300 block of Irish Hill Road in Cedar Hill. The theft happened between Oct. 14 and Oct. 15, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The unattached garage was unlocked, and someone unlawfully entered it and stole the items, including a 20-inch, flat-screen TV; a box of ratchet straps; a heat gun; a 12-volt pulley-type starter motor; various auto air filters; and brake shoes and brake pads for an S10 pickup. In all, the items were valued at $567, the report said.
As of Oct. 27, none of the stolen items had been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, said Detective Sgt. James Kausler. He asks anyone with information about the incident to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
