Nearly $6,000 in tools and equipment recently was stolen from a construction site where a home is under construction on Fairway Circle near Pomme Creek Golf Course in Arnold. The theft happened between 5 p.m. Oct. 9 and 7 a.m. Oct. 10, the Arnold Police Department reports.
The culprit broke into a locked trailer parked at the end of the street and stole the items. In all, they were valued at $5,914, the report said.
As of Oct. 20, the stolen items had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Detective Lt. James Jones said. He asks anyone with information about the incident to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
