Arnold Police are seeking a 33-year-old Imperial man for allegedly robbing and assaulting a man at Potomac and Starling Airport Road, Arnold Police report.
At 10:40 a.m. Nov. 11, the victim called Arnold Police and told them that he was talking with the Imperial man, a former friend, and he hit him in the head with a flashlight and took his cell phone and some of his clothes, the report said.
The victim had a laceration on his head and bruises, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
As of Tuesday (Nov. 22), the man had not been taken into custody, Jones said.
