Eureka Police are investigating the theft of a truck from a job site at 18548 Fox Creek Lane. The 2006 International 4000 flatbed truck belongs to Oz Directional Drilling Co. in Scottsdale, Ariz., police reported.
A company supervisor told police that it was the second truck stolen from the job site. The most recent theft occurred between about 6 p.m. Nov. 6 and 7 a.m. Nov. 8. The other theft happened a few weeks earlier, and that stolen truck was later recovered in Fenton, the report said.
The flatbed truck stolen between Nov. 6 and Nov. 7 is white and has Oz Drilling decals on its doors. As of Nov. 19, the truck had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Lt. Michael Werges said. He asks anyone with information about the missing truck to call Eureka Police at 636-938-6600.
