De Soto Police are investigating damage to the front door of a house in the 700 block of Pratt Street. The door was removed from its hinges, but no items appeared to be missing from the home, police reported.
Capt. Jeff Wynn said the incident happened between Jan. 25 and Jan. 28.
“A person unknown caused property damage to the front door (of the house),” he said. “The door was completely separated from the hinges.”
Wynn said the damage to the door was estimated at $200.
As of Feb. 1, no arrests had been made, he said. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call De Soto Police at 636-586-8891.
