The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a 2016 Flagstaff Forest River 10-inch pop-up camper from the 6600 block of Sadl Place in Dittmer. The victim said he parked the camper in a secluded area of his property, police reported.
The man said the camper was stolen between about 7 p.m. Sept. 8 and 4:15 p.m. Sept. 9, the report said.
The Sheriff’s Office did not provide an approximate cost for the stolen camper.
As of Sept. 16, the camper had not been located, and no suspects had been identified, spokesman Grant Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the stolen camper to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
