Matthew Allen Baker Jr., 20, of Olympian Village was sentenced to 10 years in prison following felony rape and statutory rape charges, court papers said.
Baker raped a female on June 24, 2015, at a home outside the Festus city limits, ignoring the victim’s pleas to release her, according to the probable-cause statement.
On July 19, 2015, Baker raped another female, a juvenile, at a Festus home, and Baker allegedly told that victim “he would hurt her if she ever told anyone,” the report said.
Between June 21, 2015, and July 4, 2015, Baker raped a third victim, 13-year-old girl, at a Festus home, according to the report.
Baker pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree rape and one count of first-degree statutory rape, and on Jan. 23, Jefferson County Div. 6 Circuit Judge Troy Cardona sentenced him to one 10-year term and two seven-year terms to be served concurrently, or at the same time, court paper said.
He is also required to register as a sex offender, the report said.
Jefferson County assistant prosecuting attorney Marie Pudlowski handled the case.
Baker currently is at Farmington Correctional Center.
