Arnold Police are seeking stealing charges against a 32-year-old St. Louis man who allegedly stole power tools worth a total of $2,220.96 from Home Depot, 3865 Vogel Road. The man stole the tools on three occasions in January, February and March, police reported.
An Arnold Police officer identified the man through surveillance video, and the Police Department requested charges on March 19. As of March 27, the man had not been charged or arrested, according to the report.
On Jan. 30, the man reportedly stole tools worth $251.02, on Feb. 13, he allegedly stole tools worth $1,148 and on March 7, he reportedly stole tools worth $821.94.
As of March 27, none of the stolen items had been recovered, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
