Niles Stephens 2026

Niles Stephens

Niles Stephens won the Missouri House District 110 seat, according to complete, but unofficial election results.

Stephens of Wildwood received 9,310 votes (51.13 percent of the vote) and Democrat Claire Heinrich of Wildwood received 8,897 votes.

District 110 encompasses parts of western St. Louis County, covering portions of Wildwood and Eureka. The seat was vacated by Republican Justin Sparks in November 2025 when he resigned to accept a position with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Stephens, a general manager of ICON Window Cleaning and a former Wildwood City Council member, was unavailable to comment on the election results Tuesday night.

He previously said the first bills he will file will be constituent-focused legislation that voters have asked him to sponsor.

“I will be a strong advocate for our community in the budget process,” Stephens said. “I will support property tax reforms to increase transparency and stop skyrocketing bills. I will hold regular town hall meetings to keep our community informed. I will work to keep Missouri a great place to grow a business and raise a family with low-tax, low-regulation, pro-business, pro-family policies.”
