The city of Arnold will accept applications for utility tax rebates through the end of October. Applications will be available beginning Oct. 1.
City residents who are 62or older or certified as totally disabled and who have a total household income that does not exceed $30,000 may be eligible for the rebate.
Only Arnold city residents who pay an Arnold tax on their utility bills are eligible to receive the rebate, which covers the period from March through August.
The applications may be picked up in the Arnold City Hall lobby, 2101 Jeffco Blvd., and are available on the city’s website at arnoldmo.org.
Several documents must be submitted along with the application, including a driver’s license or other proof of age, proof of total yearly income, proof of residency and paid gas and/or electric bills from March through August. Those who are disabled must include a recent letter of disability and copy of a check from Social Security.
