A steady stream of visitors came through the Job Fair during the 2023 event

A steady stream of visitors came through the Job Fair during last year's event.

No matter what stage of the job search you’re on, the sixth annual Jefferson County Job Fair is sure to offer valuable resources and connections.

Leader Publications, the Arnold Chamber of Commerce, the City of Arnold, the Fox C-6 School District, Jefferson College and the Jefferson County Library are teaming up for the Job Fair, which will be held from 2:30-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, at the Fox C-6 Service Center, 849 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold.

The fair will feature vendors from a variety of industries looking to hire in manufacturing, nursing, government and more.

Job seekers will be invited to get free expert resume reviews, free professional photos to update their social media profiles and a chance to win door prizes throughout the fair.

For the first time, a college representative will be available to offer guidance on setting up a professional LinkedIn account to aid in online networking.

Employers will be on hand to recruit employees, accept applications and conduct interviews on site.

More information about the event will be published in a special section inside next week’s paper.
