Items such as a Lululemon certificate, vacation packages and unique handmade items can be had at the upcoming “Lights…Camera…Auction!” annual fundraising event of the Jefferson College Foundation.

The items are available through raffles or bidding. The online portion of the auction opens at 8 a.m. March 22 and continues through the evening of the live auction portion, which takes place from 5-9 p.m. March 28 at the Jefferson College Field House on the Hillsboro campus.

The live auction event includes dinner catered by Kenrick’s Meats & Catering and entertainment provided by the Jefferson College Jazz Band, as well as exclusive raffles and contests. Tickets cost $30 and may be purchased off the college website.

Among the live auction items offered for bid will be: a six night condo stay at Gulf Shores, donated by Kenny Wilson of the college; an outdoor entertainment package that includes a Blackstone griddle station, an RTIC soft cooler and a JBL Pulse 5 portable Bluetooth speaker donated by PepsiCo Inc.; beer for a year (two cases per month) donated by H.W. Herrell Distributing; and a tasting for up to 20 at Cardinal Sin Distillery in St. Charles donated by the distillery.

Online auction bidding ends at two different times on March 28, the first set closing at 7:15 p.m. and the second at 7:30 p.m.

The 2026 target recipient of money raised through the auction is the Viking Fund, a charitable effort on campus.
