The Holy Family Catholic School Craft Fair will be held from 5-9 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in the Parish Center, 2316 Church Road, in Arnold.
The school and Parish Center is near Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 2300 Church Road.
Organizer Angie Scher said there will be more than 50 vendors at the fair, and kettle corn will be available for purchase near the entrance of the Parish Center.
She said some of the items available will be homemade crafts, 3D printed items, jewelry, housewares, candles, crocheted items and various foods, such as dips, candies and baked goods.
“This is a great opportunity before the holidays begin for people to pick up items for presents,” she said. “There are a lot of returning vendors, which is nice. There also are plenty of new vendors for people to purchase items from.”
Scher said proceeds from the event are used to help fund a mystery trip and graduation for the eighth grade class.
She also said at least three of the vendor booths will feature Holy Family students selling items they created such woodcrafts, crochet items, bracelets and 3D printed items.
“It is great to see students participate, and for us to have a chance to support their entrepreneurial spirit,” Scher said.
This is the 10th year the school has held the fair, and previous organizers said approximately 300 customers have shopped at past events.
“It has been a really successful event with a lot of vendors and a lot of happy customers,” Scher said.
