The Fox High School Fall Craft and Vendor Fair held November 2022

The Fox High School Fall Craft and Vendor Fair held last year raised about $8,000 for the Fox High School Parents Club.

The Fox High School Parents’ Club will hold its annual Fall Craft Fair this weekend.

It will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, in the gym and commons area at the school, 751 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold.

“I am sure we will have something for everyone,” said Tracy Paul, a Fox High School Parents’ Club member and craft fair organizer.

“The fair is a great place to buy gifts for the holidays.”

Paul said 117 vendors are scheduled to be at the fall fair, including 14 new vendors to the event.

“We are looking forward to a great turnout, seeing our returning vendors and meeting some new vendors,” she said.

Two of the new vendors include the Fox High School eSports Warriors, who will sell eSports equipment and cupcakes, and Resolute Flags, which makes handmade, rustic wooden American flags.

Paul said Plants ’n Things and Family Crafts are among the returning vendors.

“(Plants ’n Things) came to the spring craft fair (in March) and did really well,” she said. “I spent more than $100 on plants myself. It is awesome they are back for the fall.

“(Family Crafts) makes chocolate, cookies and breads. They come back every year. We are excited about seeing them.”

Paul said the Parents’ Club plans to use some of the money from the fair to help the high school purchase a new tarp system that would be used when non-athletic events are held in the gym, like the craft fair.

“Whenever anyone has a function, we have to tarp the floors,” she said. “It will help the school out for many years. That is a big purchase we are trying to help the school with.”

Paul also said money from the fair will fund scholarships awarded for Fox High seniors to continue their education. Some funds from the fair will be used to fund school club activities.

The Parents’ Club will hold another craft fair on March 2-3, 2024, and vendors may apply for spots in December.

“Hopefully, we will sell out as fast as we did on this one,” she said.
