Jefferson College 48-Hour Film Contest, kicks off at 5 p.m. March 17 with a mandatory informational meeting in Room 201 of the Fine Arts Building on the Hillsboro Campus. The contest, which offers cash prizes to the first- and second-place teams, involves teams of up to five members creating an original film no longer than seven minutes. The event is open to all Jefferson County residents, as well as the Jefferson College community. There is no cost to enter.
