Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and activities start at 7 p.m. There is a $20 per vehicle entry fee for the event that includes a performance by the Exit 180, plus vendors selling barbecue and other refreshments, along with the fireworks display. Eureka city Independence Day celebration and fireworks show, 6-10 p.m., at the Spur, 394 S. Central Ave. Free admission. Live music, food and drink vendors. Outside food and beverages allowed, but no glass bottles or pets.
