Fireworks display, dusk, baseball fields behind De Soto High School, 815 Amvets Drive. Organized by De Soto Chamber of Commerce.

Fireworks display, gate opens at 6 p.m. and show at dusk, Jefferson County Fairgrounds, 10349 Business 21, in Hillsboro. Admission and parking are free. DJ music, face painting, food and beverages vendors. Outside food and alcohol allowed, but no pets or firearms. Sponsored by Hillsboro Community Civic Club.

Eureka city Independence Day celebration and fireworks show, 6-10 p.m., at the Spur, 394 S. Central Ave. Free admission. Live music, food and drink vendors. Outside food and beverages allowed, but no glass bottles or pets.
