Jefferson College Homecoming, beginning at 4:30 p.m. the college will host homecoming (its first in 38 years) and other special activities during the Viking men’s and women’s basketball games against North Central Missouri College at the Field House on the Hillsboro campus. Activities planned include a display of vintage photos of previous Viking homecoming celebrations, entertainment from the Viking cheer team and pep band, recognition of homecoming prince and princess (ages 2-5) from the Early Childhood Center, a performance of the national anthem by Lydia Griffin of the Lady Vikings hoops team and the announcement of the homecoming court. Tickets cost $6 for general admission and $3 for ages 11-18. No charge for ages 10 and under. Tickets are available online at jeffco.edu/ticket-information or at the door via credit card by scanning the event QR code. No cash will be accepted at the door.
