Carol Neuf of Arnold was one of about 1,000 people to attend last year’s Arnold Senior Expo.

Now at a new location, the Arnold Senior Expo soon will be held at the Arnold Eagles, 1725 Jeffco Blvd.

Set from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Aug. 23, the event will feature a variety of vendors, giveaways and prize drawings, free coffee and doughnuts, games and dancing.

Two sessions of bingo, featuring gift card prizes, will be called by Joe Maddock with Maddock Insurance Group.

Guest speaker Kim Gibson with the Jefferson County YMCA will lead an exercise class that can be done from a chair.

After working up an appetite, Salty Medics Kitchen will serve up tasty street tacos.

The expo’s second guest speaker, Thad Ortman with South County Senior Law and Estate Planning Center LLC, will share estate planning tips.

The grand prize will feature tickets to the Sunday, Sept. 3, St. Louis Riverfront Cruise, and the second drawing will be for a prize package from the St. Louis Art Museum that includes a custom museum bag, a one-year museum membership, books, greeting cards and other materials.

Attendees must be present at the 11 a.m. drawing to win.

The morning will come to a close with live music from J.B. Louis and the Legends, where visitors will have time to mingle and cut a rug.

St. Louis Golf Cart Shuttle will offer rides from your car right to the door, so please stand by your car and someone will pick you up on a golf cart.
