Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana resort is another option for the lucky prize winner.

Could you use a break from the relentlessly gray landscape? Do you miss the smell of flowers and the kiss of a warm breeze on your skin?

Head to the Leader website at myleaderpaper.com and scroll down to fill out the entry form for the Leader Wedding Fair grand-prize giveaway. Who knows, you might find yourself sitting poolside with a cool drink and an ocean view.

As part of this year’s annual Leader Wedding Fair, Leader Publications and TravelHaus in south St. Louis County are joining forces to provide a four-day, three-night vacation for two to one of the AMResorts, all-inclusive destinations represented by TravelHaus.

One name will be drawn at random to receive the prize package, valued at $3,000.

“The winner will be able to choose any date in 2022, subject to blackout restrictions,” TravelHaus president Mike Schellhase said. “It will be at one of the family-friendly Dreams, Now or Sunscape brands under the umbrella of AMResorts.

We’re not sure yet just which one it will be; we have resorts in the whole Yucatan region of Mexico – Cancun, Riviera

Maya, Puerta Vallarta, Punta Cana, Tulum – as well as in Central America and the Caribbean.”

A stay at one of the luxury resorts includes sun-soaked beaches; luxurious rooms and suites; world-class spa treatments;

gourmet dining; unlimited premium drinks; and many other amenities.

Each resort offers COVID-19 testing onsite, most with same-day results, for travelers returning to the U.S.

“On Jan. 19, the CDC put an order in place saying that if you’ve traveled outside the country, you must have a negative virus test before you are allowed to return to the U.S,” Schellhase said.

“We’re eager to see people return to travel, and this might help them feel more comfortable.”

Each resort also employs extra staff to ensure its cleanliness and hygiene protocols are followed.

“This would be a great getaway for people who have been stuck at home because of the pandemic,” Schellhase said. “Have a Corona on the beach to help you forget about the corona that kept you stuck at home for a year.”
