Savory Seafood Spread and Sweet Sausage Rolls

The new year usually begins with parties and get-togethers where plenty of appetizers are served, including dips and chips and crackers and spreads on crackers or veggies. But these two appetizers – Savory Seafood Spread and Sweet Sausage Rolls – don’t have to be limited to holidays or special occasions.

Both recipes are tasty and easy enough to make any day of the week. So, you might want to whip up one or both of these the next night you’re staying in to watch TV or play board games with family or friends.

2 tablespoons minced green onions

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Paprika

Crackers
