Paul Raymond Coleman, 80, of Festus died July 8, 2016, at his home. Mr. Coleman was a plant laborer at McClay-Breckenridge Concrete and was member of Laborers International Union 110. He enjoyed gardening, going to casinos and on vacations. Born June 20, 1936, in De Soto, he was the son of the late Raymond and Mary (Boyer) Coleman.
He is survived by his wife: Gayle (Johnson) Coleman; a son: Clint (Britney) Coleman of Festus; a daughter: Sara (Rene) Coleman of Festus; a brother: Ron Coleman of De Soto; and a sister: Viola Pierson of Affton.
He was preceded in death by a son: Rick Coleman; a daughter: Mindy Coleman; two brothers: Lawrence and Herbert Coleman; and three sisters: Lucy DeClue, Hazel Lucas and Rose Melkus.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, July 11, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave., in Festus, followed immediately by funeral services officiated by the Rev. Jim Owens. Memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 1 Metropolitan Square, St. Louis MO 63102 or St. Jude Children’s Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38101. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
