Marilyn Sue (Evans) Silipo, 67, of Festus died Sept. 12, 2019. Mrs. Silipo loved Christmas, going to the beach and watching Downton Abbey with her sisters. Born Dec. 11, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Imogene (Neal) and Walter Edward Evans Sr.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Anthony John Silipo.
She is survived by five children: Gina (Peter Palmisano) Weibley of Festus, Becky (Matthew Aller) Galloway of Festus, Nicole (James Weiss) Ehrhardt of Festus, Jennifer (Michael) Prater of Festus and Michael (Jessica) Silipo of St. Louis; three siblings: Walter E. (Linda) Evans Jr.; Elizabeth Miles and Donna JoseSeno; a sister-in-law: Sarah Evans; 15 grandchildren: Austen, Makenzie, Matthew, Nicholas, Elijah, Ava, Cameren, Blain, Codey, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Allison, Ian, Lily and Lacey; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two siblings: Ron Evans and Janet Evans
A memorial gathering is at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 12:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, at Fieser Funeral home, 401 Gravois Road, in Fenton. Burial is in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks.
