Helen Bedsworth, 91, of Festus died July 8, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Bedsworth had been a factory worker at Carter Carburetor. She had been a member of Second Baptist Church in Festus, and she was a lifetime member of Panama City Beach Florida Amvets. She loved karaoke, and she enjoyed arts and crafts and gospel music.

Born Sept. 21, 1927, in Walnut Ridge, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Della (McKinney) Dame. She was preceded in death by her husband: Clifford Bedsworth.

She is survived by two sons: Jack (Donna) Eason of Festus and Charles (Betty) Eason of Clearwater, Fla.; two daughters: Shirley Abney of Arnold and Sharon Franks of Bourbon; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons: Kenneth Eason and Gary Chandler; and three brothers: Kenneth Dame, Eugene Dame and Robert Dame.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the funeral services at 6 p.m. Friday, July 12, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Road, in Festus. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
