Damon “Frank” Talley, 78, of Arnold died Oct. 27, 2019, in Arnold. Mr. Talley was a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Free Will Baptist Church. Born Aug. 16, 1941, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Damon Francis and Dimple Mae (Parnell) Talley.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years: Carol (Boden) Talley; a son: Damon Lynn (Tracey) Talley of Robertsville; a sister: Marilyn Largent of Arnold; four grandchildren: Matthew Aguayo of St. Louis County, Luis Aguayo of St. Charles, Jessica Talley of Pevely and Damon Mark Talley of Festus; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister: Connie Erxleben.
Visitation is at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Grace Free Will Baptist Church, 2258 Tenbrook Road, in Arnold, officiated by Pastor Jackson Watts. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
