The front door to a home in the 3800 block of West Rock Creek Road in Imperial was forced open and a television was stolen. The TV was valued at about $200, and the damage to the door was estimated at $200, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.

The victim said the burglary occurred between 5 p.m. Jan. 21 and 11 a.m. Jan. 22. She was unable to provide a brand name for the 42-inch TV, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

As of Feb. 2, the TV had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said. Anyone with information about the incident should call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
