The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a 1993 Jeep Cherokee from outside a home in the 6500 block of Woodland Drive in Cedar Hill. The vehicle was valued at $2,000, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

The victim told deputies the Jeep was stolen sometime between 9 p.m. Dec. 21 and 5 p.m. Dec. 22 from the driveway. He said the doors were locked and the keys were not in the vehicle.

As of Dec. 31, the Jeep had not been recovered and no arrests had been made, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
