A 19-year-old High Ridge woman was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine after an Arnold Police officer pulled over the car she was driving on Jeffco Boulevard. The woman was stopped because there were no license plates on the car, Arnold Police reported.
The officer searched the 1998 Ford Mustang and reportedly found an empty cigarette container containing a crystal-like substance believed to meth. The officer also allegedly found a glass smoking pipe in the car, the report said.
She was arrested and transported to the Police Station, where she was booked and later released pending application for warrants. Depending on the drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek charges against her through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
