Arnold Police are searching for the owner of a piece of jewelry recently found at the Arby’s restaurant, 224 Arnold Crossroads.
The jewelry was found in the restaurant's trash on July 20.
That previous weekend, an older couple had been at the restaurant and reported losing a piece of jewelry, but the two weren’t sure if it had been lost there, said Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
The jewelry was not found at the restaurant while the couple was there, and they left without giving their names and contact information, Ruckman said.
He said the piece of jewelry found at the restaurant might belong to the couple, so police would like one of them to call.
Ruckman did not say what kind of jewelry was found because police want to make sure it’s turned over to the rightful owner and need that person to be able to describe it.
Anyone who may have lost jewelry at the restaurant around July 20 is asked to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
