Myra Creasy, 73, of Arnold died June 28, 2016, in St. Louis. Mrs. Creasy was a custodian at Seckman High School and retired from the Fox C-6 School District. She was a member of St. Mark United Church of Christ in Arnold. Born Feb. 27, 1943, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Edna (Nolde) Geitz. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years: David W. Creasy.
She is survived by a son: David W. (Cindy) Creasy Jr. of Lee Summit; a daughter: Sherry (Jerry) Garrett of Portage, Mich.; and five grandchildren: Matt, Chris, Arch, Neala and Kyna. She was also preceded in death by two siblings: Shirley Allen and Floyd Geitz.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis County, officiated by the Rev. Kim Brinkman. Memorials may be made to St. Anthony’s de Greeff Hospice House or the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
